Dr. Joseph Pechter is a graduate of Dartmouth College and completed his doctoral degree and post-doctoral periodontal residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Pechter became a Board Certified Periodontist, earning the distinction of diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. This designation required completion of a comprehensive qualifying examination and oral examination covering all phases of periodontal disease and its treatment, including the surgical placement of dental implants.
